That's where you come in Building on your sound foundational experience in client support and operational service management, your focus at RSA will be to ensure optimal support and operational service delivery to the internal user base.

To that end, your responsibilities will include: Overseeing day-to-day IT operations and service delivery related to end-user corporate and business functions Leading the service desk team, including hands on involvement in complex incident and problem resolution Monitoring and performance reporting on service levels Stakeholder engagement (partnering) across the organisation Vendor management (contract and performance)Management of end-user related IT projects Planning and implementing service improvement initiatives Your success will be measured on the achievement of significantly improved internal client support satisfaction, and the timely delivery of a number of end-user and corporate IT related projects.

Radiology SA (RSA) is a long-standing, privately owned, Adelaide-based radiology practice, owned and operated by doctors for the medical community.

With a long history in independent private radiology and public hospital contracts, the practice currently has a significant footprint in the Adelaide metropolitan area, with both outpatient clinics and clinics within some of Adelaide's busiest private hospitals, as well as supplying on-site radiology reporting services to Lyell Mc Ewin, Port Pirie, Cairns and Darwin hospitals.
