- To meet our current and future work commitments, we require an experienced Building Supervisor, to work on a number of new and existing projects.
- 5+ years minimum experience in a similar role
- As a minimum, hold a current: Builder - medium rise QBCC Site Supervisor Licence
- Carpentry or similar trade-based background.
- University or Tertiary qualifications in construction
- Hold current drivers licence
- Understanding of OHS and environmental requirements.
- Proven ability to motivate and drive team culture focused on delivery of client objectives.
- People and performance management skills of labour, subcontractors and suppliers to drive high performing teams.
- Demonstrated industry experience as a site supervisor in medium sized commercial building projects
