Role: NetSuite Administrator
Location: Melbourne, Australia
Type: Full-Time

Role Overview:
As a NetSuite Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing, enhancing, and optimizing the NetSuite platform. You will work closely with internal stakeholders across the business to ensure the effective adoption of the system and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• System Management: Oversee the day-to-day administration and maintenance of NetSuite, ensuring optimal performance.
• Enhancements & Optimisation: Proactively identify opportunities for system enhancements and optimizations to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments to understand their needs, provide support, and promote the adoption of NetSuite across the organization.
• Training & Support: Provide training and support to users, ensuring they have the knowledge and tools to effectively utilize NetSuite.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator or similar role.
• Strong understanding of NetSuite modules, configurations, and best practices.
• Proven ability to drive system enhancements and optimizations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience working in the utilities or related industry is a plus.
