    About the role


    We're looking for a passionate and customer-centric Customer Service Representative to join our team and build trusted relationships with our key strategic accounts. You'll be the primary point of contact, ensuring a world-class customer experience by proactively addressing their needs and exceeding expectations

    Key responsibilities

    • Build strong relationships with assigned customers, becoming their trusted advisor and advocate.
    • Proactively manage customer orders, ensuring seamless execution and timely communication.
    • Identify and resolve service issues promptly, exceeding customer satisfaction goals.
    • Maintain accurate customer data and navigate internal systems to facilitate smooth operations.
    • Partner with Account Managers to keep them informed of customer insights, issues, and opportunities.
    • Collaborate with internal teams (Supply Chain, Sales, etc.) to ensure efficient resolution of complex inquiries and complaints.
    • Participate in daily huddles and meetings, keeping stakeholders informed and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Demonstrate a strong understanding of Kerry's products, processes, and the marketplace to create a positive customer experience.

    Qualifications and skills

    • 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role (customer service, account management, sales support, etc.)
    • Proficiency in Microsoft applications and the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
    • Experience with SAP order-to-invoice process (preferred).
    • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • A passion for building relationships and exceeding customer expectations.
    • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
    • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
