    About the role:


    As Aurizon experiences rapid growth in our Bulk Business units, we seek 2 System Process Analysts for a 2-year contract.

    In this role, you will be instrumental in planning, implementing, and maintaining Technology systems crucial for transport management.

    You will undertake activities to identify and define business requirements and to translate these into streamlined process improvement enabled by systems.

    Lead and facilitate the implementation of harmonised business Processes, systems, and data integrity by:

    Perform an in-depth analysis of business processes and record the complexities, problem statements and root causes, with the goal of recommending and implementing harmonised processes for increased efficiency across the broader Bulk Business.

    Champion and implement process best practice to improve the business in line with the organization's goals and objectives.
    Align processes and procedures with the organization's overall vision and strategy striving for continuous improvement and optimization.
    Implement, and manage IT applications for transport management, as well as monitoring application processes and undertaking data integrity analysis.

    Conduct comprehensive research and analysis of complex IT solutions and collaborate with leadership to recommend and implement streamlined practices, tools, and systems.

    Monitor and analyze holistic system architecture (process and technology), taking corrective action to enhance performance and documenting findings.

    About you:


    Process focused and results oriented with an operational knowledge of logistics and the transportation industry with a preference for a rail background.

    Excellent knowledge of TMSPro an advantage

    Possess advanced skills in planning systems, applications, and reporting tools for large multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects, even in environments with conflicting, incomplete, or changing requirements.

    Demonstrate expertise in analyzing complex planning and reporting requirements, system faults, and data integrity issues.
    Exhibit strong change management skills, particularly related to continuous improvement initiatives.
    Have exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage diverse stakeholders.
    Possess extensive skills and knowledge of relevant systems and applications.
