We are currently looking for passionate Demi chef in our The Dining Room Kitchen team.


    About the role

    • Responsible for the breakfast, lunch and/or dinner services for assigned section
    • Assists the Chef de Partie to set up the assigned section of the Kitchen
    • Ensures that all dishes from that section are prepared consistently and according to standard
    • Assigns responsibilities to team members and to supervise performance, coaching and training where necessary
    • Responsible for checking all incoming food items, making sure they are stored in the correct manner as per hygiene regulations
    • To ensure that all mise-en-place for the assigned section is maintained at an appropriate level
    • To ensure that all food safety and hygiene practices are in place
    • Overnight shift from 11am to 7am
