Fyfe work with a wide range of clients in the Property & Infrastructure and Energy & Resources sectors to provide high quality, commercially pragmatic solutions with a strong focus on client service and delivery.

About the role Our Energy and Resources Division works with major exploration and distribution clients to deliver specialist mining, oil and gas projects across the country.

These include process plant modifications, upstream flowlines, leases, network gathering and distribution systems, major gas transmission pipelines, oil and gas above ground processing facilities, as well as maintenance, integrity and construction related work programs.

The role is offered on a full-time basis.

Skills & experience We are looking for a qualified Electrical Engineer from graduate level to 5 years' experience, ideally within onshore gas, mining or power industries.

You will also bring to the role the following: Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
Experience within the Australian mining and/or oil and gas industry
Sound understanding of Australian industry codes and standards
Strong oral and written communication skills, with a commitment to client satisfaction In this role, you will be involved in: FEED and detail design of oil and gas facilities
Preparation of Electrical and Instrumentation drawings, documentation and reports
Hazardous area design and equipment selection
Preparation of specifications
