    About the Role

    We are seeking an experienced Incident Manager to join our Optus Enterprise Delivery group on a 6-month fixed term contract. This role involves working with diverse customers and managing critical incidents across various environments.

    • Act as the single point of contact for major critical issues
    • Ensure customer products and services are delivered according to Service Level Agreements and contractual obligations
    • Manage critical restoration activities and update senior leadership

    About You

    We are looking for a skilled Incident Manager with:

    • Strong service management knowledge and ITIL certification
    • Extensive experience in incident and major incident management
    • Solid understanding of telecommunications technologies and products
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
