    Description

    In your new role with us, you will:

  • Carry out stocktaking of raw materials and other stocks
  • Work with dispatch and drivers to achieve efficient starting, finishing, and meal & rest times for drivers
  • Maintain the yard
  • Operating a Front End Loader to organise waste
  • Organising and liaising with allocations regarding raw material deliveries
  • Minor plant maintenance
  • Operating the plant
  • Balance our customers' needs and allocation of fleet through effective planning and decision making to ensure maximum fleet productivity, utilisation and efficiency
  • Engage with customers and respond to enquiries
  • Manage and monitor orders to ensure delivery and products meet quality requirements

  • Eagerness to learn about all details relating to concrete plant operation and plant maintenance
  • Physically able to complete manual labour where required
  • Mechanical knowledge will be highly regarded

  • Are a team player who can multi-task and make quick effective decisions under pressure
  • Are a natural problem solver and enjoy planning and troubleshooting
