    Job Description Efficiently manage administrative tasks, including record-keeping, budget preparation, and meeting coordination, to ensure smooth operation of strata properties.

    Serve as the primary liaison between strata owners, residents, committees, and external stakeholders, maintaining open lines of communication through various channels.

    Oversee all financial aspects of strata management, including budgeting, fee collection, payment processing, and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and transparency at all times.

    Stay abreast of relevant laws, regulations, and bylaws governing strata properties, ensuring compliance, and providing expert guidance to stakeholders as needed.

    Coordinate maintenance and repair activities for common areas and facilities, from identifying issues and obtaining quotes to overseeing the completion of work to high standards.

    Deliver exceptional customer service to strata owners and residents, promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests with professionalism and efficiency, fostering positive relationships within the strata community.
