- Leading and mentoring a team of enterprise risk management and internal assurance specialists embedding a culture of high performance, professionalism and continuous improvement.
- Utilising your strong leadership capabilities & providing and sharing your subject matter expertise.
- Developing and sustaining the organisation's risk culture and maturity to maximise its capacity to manage risks.
- Provide specialist enterprise risk management and internal assurance expertise and support.
- Understand the enterprise risk and internal assurance challenges and emerging issues Council faces and in collaboration, implement proactive solutions
- Maintain, develop and implement Councils Enterprise Risk Management, Business Continuity Management and Internal Assurance frameworks.
- Be a leader who fosters collaboration and motivates others to reach their potential.
