  • Provide specialist enterprise risk management and internal assurance expertise and support.
  • Understand the enterprise risk and internal assurance challenges and emerging issues Council faces and in collaboration, implement proactive solutions
  • Maintain, develop and implement Councils Enterprise Risk Management, Business Continuity Management and Internal Assurance frameworks.
  • Be a leader who fosters collaboration and motivates others to reach their potential.
  • Have emotional intelligence and a proven ability to work collaboratively and foster effective strategic relationships with people at all levels both internally and externally.
  • Use your proven ability to anticipate, implement and manage change within organisations.

  • Package: $109,000 - $125,000 gross p.a. plus 11% superannuation
  • Hours of work: Permanent Full Time 35 hours per week with option of 19 day month flexitime arrangement.
