    About the Role

    Due to continuous business growth, our client is seeking a self-motivated and proactive Internal Account Manager to join their dedicated account management team.

    Working closely (from the office) with Account Management team, you will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, providing product information as well as undertaking a variety of administrative support duties. Help grow the existing portfolio while bringing in new business.
    With customer service as a key objective, the successful candidate will be someone who goes above and beyond to exceed customer's expectations while maximising sales in a team-oriented environment.

    Duties:

    • Outbound calls and arrangement of meetings with Account Management team
    • Handling inbound inquiries – calls, emails and webchat
    • Process quotations and sales orders
    • Lead generation & cold calling
    • Data entry and other administrative ad hoc duties

    Skills and Experience:

    • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar internal sales and customer service role.
    • Previous experience in processing orders in a fast-paced environment is desirable
    • Experience in calendar and booking management.
    • Experience in cold calling & telemarketing to a range of different customers is preferable
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Excellent telephone etiquette
    • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
    • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and multitask
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel
    • Great team player. Ability to work autonomously and unsupervised
