    Job Title: Occupational Rehabilitation Consultant

    We support thousands of people living with an illness, disability, or injury. Our care is tailored to each individual, whether through workplace rehabilitation, counselling, injury prevention, or finding new employment.

    Our team includes highly skilled allied health professionals and employment consultants, including Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, and Psychologists.

    About the Role

    This diverse role offers flexibility and autonomy to manage your own day. You will be supported by a strong team of healthcare professionals with the backing of a global corporate infrastructure.

    Your duties include:

    • Case management, with manageable caseloads and administrative support from Rehabilitation Assistants
    • Applying clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes
    • Working with employers and employees to develop injury prevention and workplace education programs
    • Collaborating with injured workers, employers, medical, and allied health professionals
    • Exposure to various clients, customers, and personal injury schemes
    • Completing assessments using clinical and discipline-specific skills

    Requirements

    We are seeking a qualified professional with:

    • A qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Nursing, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling, or Social Work
    • Professional registration with AHPRA, ESSA, AASW, or ASORC
    • Strong communication skills and time management abilities
    • A desire to problem-solve and innovate
    • A passion for injury prevention, return to work, and associated health benefits
    • A current driver's license and access to a vehicle
