    Job Summary

    We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to support a huge online gaming platform. The ideal candidate will have a passion for online gaming, customer service, and problem-solving.

    Your Mission

    As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving technical issues on our platform. You will receive on-the-job training and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Perform investigations into player and systems issues using specialized knowledge of our platform and technologies.
    • Manipulate data queries and use various tools to perform data analysis.
    • Provide proactive technical support to customer service agents and communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
    • Engage with suppliers and gaming providers to follow up on issues and system enhancements.
    • Adapt quickly to new tools and systems within a rapidly changing technological environment.
    • Document all actions, troubleshooting steps, and decisions made during problem-solving.
    • Contribute to the team's success by identifying areas of improvement and suggesting innovative solutions.

    Requirements:

    • Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
    • Natural talent for computing and an interest in IT and technology.
    • Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical people.
    • Proactive and adaptable with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong team player dedicated to team success and continual improvement.
