    Our Opportunity

    Work Location: Hedland Operations

    • Fortescue's Hedland Operations are located on the traditional lands of the Kariyarra people.

    Roster: Full-time 2:2 Roster

    As a Track Maintenance Experienced you will be responsible for ensuring safe and reliable infrastructure. Reporting into the Track Maintenance Supervisor, your key responsibilities will be providing quality and efficient work when performing and completing track maintenance work schedule.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Adhere to the Fortescue Values
    • Ensure to get familiarise cand comply with safety standards, company policies and regulations.
    • Ensure work schedule completed in the allotted time frame.
    • Manage the signals team, providing guidance, support, and training as necessary.
    • Collaborate with other track maintenance crew as required to execute the task as required.
    • Perform Call-out duties as instructed by the Crew Supervisor.
    • Complete mandatory training.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • HR license.
    • Certificate II in Infrastructure.
    • Relevant rail training certificate or similar.
    • Prior experience and knowledge of TPI rail network.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
    • Commitment to safety and adherence to company policies and procedures.
    • Can work with minimal supervision.
