    A bit about your role

    The Supply Planners role is develop & maintain material plans in order to support project build, ensuring no down time to business and no delays in construction or customer activations against the plan. The role will maintain key relationships across the business and with key external stakeholders to ensure that supply plans are agreed and that suppliers have the capability to meet nbn co material requirements. The senior planner will also develop other team members through training and coaching on supply systems and process to maintain weekly supply rhythm.

    Driving the weekly and monthly Supply Planning cycle is a key responsibility. This involves conducting routine material availability analyses and putting forth recommendations to amend forecasts in alignment with supply risks and demand profiles. It's crucial to ensure that monthly forecasts are dollarized and communicated to the management team. Coordination with the Supply Planning team is essential to ensure all Supply Review Decks are updated on time. These decks are consolidated using PowerPoint in preparation for the Supply Review. Maintaining and updating Supply plans in alignment with the S&OP cycle is another important task.

    Reviewing historical trends, investigating demand drivers, reviewing inventory holdings, and safety stock settings for all items within the Supply Planning portfolio are also part of the responsibilities.

    A bit about you

    The successful candidate will ideally have experience in Supply or Demand planning or have a keen interest in supply chain and willingness to learn. The ability to adapt in the midst of ambiguity and make decisions autonomously is essential in this role. You will have strong planning, analytical, problem solving, reporting, and forecasting skills, ideally with supply chain management knowledge. In terms of software, managing Master Data/Key Figures with SAP IBP is required as well as maintaining data in Oracle. Conducting routine analysis into Supply Planning attributes is necessary to maintain system data accuracy and to ensure that the supply plan is as accurate as possible.

    Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills with an ability to manage a variety of key stakeholders' expectations, driving external partners and vendor and holding them accountable will be valuable. You are resilient and flexible as well as can work under pressure and multi-task whilst remaining detail oriented. You are adaptable, open-minded, and ready to navigate uncharted waters. It's about flexibility, collaboration, and a dash of curiosity—a compass guiding us through the ever-evolving workplace dynamics. Strong financial and business acumen and an understanding of integrated business planning principles is advantageous.
