    Are you a dynamic Administration Assistant who loves to help people and work as part of a cohesive team?

    You will be working within a small team of administrators who will be responsible for secretarial and administrative support to the Pharmacy Leadership Team.

    A Day in the Life

    You will be a point of contact for patients and Monash Health staff contacting the Pharmacy Department. Working within a small administrative support team you'll bring your passion for providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include preparation of rosters, payroll entries, prompt response and action of phone and email enquiries (both internal and external), coordinating department meetings, agendas and minute taking, Whilst the role is based at Monash Medical Centre, Clayton, you will also work and support the Pharmacy team at other Monash Health sites as rostered.

    About You

    You are a proactive, experienced administrator who enjoys a fast paced environment and can work effectively in a team and autonomously. Prioritising comes naturally to you and being in a hospital environment you exhibit integrity, compassion, accountability, respect and excellence. To be successful in this role you'll bring:

    • Proven experience in an administration role providing administration and reception services
    • Excellent computer skills, including demonstrated skills in Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
    • Friendly, customer service driven individual with exceptional, excellent communicate skills - written and verbal
    • Proactive, organised and have the ability to multitask in a busy environment
    • Administration experience in a health related field
