    Our client is a leading real estate agency based in Melbourne's North. With a rich history of excellence spanning over two decades, they pride themselves on delivering exceptional service to their clients, backed by a vibrant team.

    About the Role:
    They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Trust Accounting to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role working alongside the current trust account, particularly in managing trust accounts across residential sales, property management, commercial and owners corporation.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee all aspects of trust accounting functions, including processing transactions & reconciliations.
    • Collaborate with property managers and other team members to maintain accurate records of client funds.
    • Handle inquiries and resolve discrepancies related to trust accounts in a timely and professional manner.

    Requirements:

    • Real Estate Trust accounts experience
    • The willingness to learn, adapt & grow within the business
    • Strong written & verbal communication skills
    • Real Estate Certificate / License or willing to obtain
    • Team player attitude, happy to assist where necessary
    • Quick thinker, problem solver
    • Software: PropertyMe, not essential
