The Role:
We are seeking a Digital Delivery Lead to drive end-to-end delivery of value-driven digital initiatives. You will partner with product, value and benefit owners to build and maintain a prioritised, cross-functional roadmap, owning milestones, timelines and forward planning while managing dependencies, risks and change. The role requires strong stakeholder and team leadership, building trusted relationships across business and technology, incorporating feedback, providing clear reporting and fostering a high-performing, collaborative culture. You will coach and guide teams, ensure adherence to governance and drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and optimisation of ways of working, delivering measurable business outcomes in a fast-paced digital environment.
Responsibilities:
- End-to-end delivery ownership – build and manage sequenced, prioritised roadmaps with clear milestones, dependencies and outcomes.
- Agile program management – manage in-flight work, backlogs, risks, blockers, and change while driving continuous improvement.
- Cross-functional collaboration – partner with product, IT and business teams to align priorities and deliver value-driven initiatives.
- Stakeholder engagement – build trusted relationships with business and technology leaders, incorporating feedback and maintaining visibility of performance.
- Team leadership & coaching – guide, align and support delivery teams, championing high performance, accountability and adherence to governance standards.
- Operational excellence – leverage tools such as Jira, organise work efficiently, and optimise ways of working for transparency and momentum.
- Safety, security & resilience – participate in relevant programs, adhere to procedures, and promote a safe, secure and compliant working environment.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven digital delivery expertise – 5+ years managing complex programs in fast-paced commercial or e-Commerce environments.
- Agile & iterative methodologies – experienced in Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall and driving teams through change.
- Stakeholder engagement & influence – skilled in building relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes.
- End-to-end program leadership – results-driven, able to prioritise, manage multiple initiatives and maintain clarity across delivery roadmaps.
- Team leadership & coaching – ability to set goals, guide teams and foster a high-performing, accountable culture.
- Strong communication & facilitation – articulate complex concepts clearly and collaborate effectively across business and technical stakeholders.
- Operational excellence & problem-solving – leverage tools like Jira, Confluence and MS Project, manage risks/issues and deliver pragmatic solutions under tight deadlines.
- Digital & e-Commerce knowledge – understands customer-facing platforms, integration challenges, and value-driven delivery in online environments.
