- At least 3 years of experience in web development with Ruby on Rails
- Strong knowledge of Ruby programming language and its ecosystem
- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Good understanding of relational databases and SQL
- Understanding of software development principles and best practices
- Experience with version control systems (e.g. Git)
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
