    The role

    We are looking for an experienced Client Services Coordinator to join our team in Eagle Farm, QLD Australia. The Client Services Co-ordinators' responsibilities are to act as the daily interface between Toll Global Forwarding and the Customer to ensure seamless and professional service to meet Client and Branch KPI's & required expectations delivering maximum excellence through profitability and innovation whilst complying with all Toll and legal requirements.

    As the Client Services Coordinator, you will:

    • Liaise with Clients and internal departments to meet expectations and update job information sufficiently and in a timely manner
    • Timely and accurate processing of all shipments to meet Toll, legislative and client requirements
    • Monitor and reconcile shipping line issues i.e. Transhipment, Detention and Demurrage liabilities
    • Coordinate and assist in creating Client implementation plans including, Completing SOPs to meet clients' requirements, liaising with CRM and other department to deliver information management requirements; maintain contact with relevant stakeholders
    • Promoting excellence through efficiency, safety, and maintaining legal compliance matters
    • Adhere to Chain of Responsibility regulations for goods movement.

    About you:

    • Preferred 1+ years in global forwarding with operations and/or customer service experience and extensive transport industry knowledge
    • Excellent communication abilities for interactions with department managers, suppliers, clients, and vendors, and client
    • Possesses a methodical, organized, and detail-oriented approach while meeting time requirements.
    • Knowledgeable about freight forwarding requirements, markets, and regulations.
    • Proficient in Teamwork and negotiation skills
    • Results-oriented and resilient, focused on achieving desired outcomes
    • Strong planning and analytical skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
