- Minimum 3 years of professional work experience with a notable law firm or in-house legal team
- Strong technical experience across Commercial Law with exposure to any of the following areas; Intellectual Property, Sports Marketing, Digital Commerce and/or Data Privacy
- Experience in an FMCG, retail or consumer, digital product/commerce industry would be advantageous but not essential
- Excellent analytical, collaboration and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to learn business requirements quickly and hit the ground running, analyse legal and commercial risks and propose creative, business-oriented solutions
- An ability to effectively influence both internal and external stakeholders is essential
- Strong team player and service-oriented attitude
