- Provide Solutions Architecture across the Tolling and Customer Value chain
- Ensure that solutions are appropriate to the existing and emerging business and technology environments and align to the Enterprise Architecture roadmap
- Supporting the various needs of the delivery teams and operations portfolio
- Be responsible for multiple large-scale and complex enterprise projects
- Produce and input to impact assessments, proposals and business cases
- 10+ years of experience in Information Technology with experience in technical leadership
- Experienced Solution Architect from a strong software engineering background (Oracle Fusion and Oracle DBs; JAVA; AWS; SQL Server;.NET; API driven development; Development and Deployment Automation)
- Strong experience in Software Engineering / Development; SDLC and experience in the principles of Agile, CI-CD and DevOps
- Deep understanding and experience in using the principles of Waterfall; Iterative Delivery (Agile); CI- CD and IT Service Management and Operations
- Tolling or Collections experience – nice to have
