    Automotive Service Manager - Luxury German Brand

    ABOUT THE COMPANY - Located in the south-eastern suburbs of Melbourne, this Dealership houses a Prestige German Brand.

    ABOUT THE ROLE - Reporting to the Dealer Principal, this Service Manager position will focus on exceptional Customer Service delivery. Quality and Team Buy-In is No.1 for this department. You will lead from the front and drive the back-end through the Workshop Foreman. This role will focus on increasing charging efficiency, service throughput, developing the workshop culture, bringing the team together as a respected leader.

    YOUR GENERAL JOB FUNCTION;
    • Stage your presence with the team, build trust and rapport with internal stakeholders and be a people leader first
    • Taking the lead on the customer journey, to actively stage your presence as the department leader
    • Compliance Management, ensuring Manufacturer Standards are met and exceeded
    • Managing escalations and ensuring customer service is to the highest standard
    • Utilising company DMS proficiently and accurately
    • Creating, costing and closing Repair Orders where required
    • Manage department P&L, metric target achievement, workshop output
    • Work with manufacturer on implementing business objectives across Service
    WE ARE LOOKING FOR;
    • An experienced Dealership Aftersales or Service Manager
    • A People Leader, we want you to lead by example and drive expectations across the department
    • An experienced Manager who truly feels their 'place' is making change and their values are aligned to exceeding customer expectations and able to achieve department buy-in to their strategy

    • A strong communicator
