    About The Role:

    The Privacy and Responsible Information Sharing (PRIS) Officer leads, manages and co-ordinates implementation of the PRIS legislation in line with the department's PRIS Readiness Plan. The role will engage in consultation processes and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure awareness, build implementation maturity and develop plans and processes to ensure the department meets its compliance obligations. The role will also be responsible for administering the legislation once it commences and being a central point of contact for all matters arising from the legislation.

    You will be an outstanding leader who can motivate and enable others to deliver high-quality work that contributes to departmental outcomes. You will be an expert in privacy and information management and governance and able to rely on significantly advanced interpersonal and collaboration skills to achieve results. You will also be nimble in your approach, have good attention to detail and be able to successfully adopt a systems-thinking approach to your work.
