The Company:

I'm currently working with a fast-growing wholesaler who are looking to bring on an Operations Manager to head up their warehouse and oversee the day-to-day operations.

As the company look to undergo a significant growth period, this is a business-critical hire for them.

The role:

Working as the Operations Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the efficient day-to-day running of the Warehouse including; inventory control, order fulfillment, team leadership & development, process improvement and safety.

They will have budget responsibilities and a focus on long-term growth planning.

Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for an experienced and customer focussed Warehouse/Operations Manager with a track record of meeting/exceeding KPIs and getting the best out of their team.

Ideally, they will be technologically sound, take pride in what they do and be able to utilise data to help maximise efficiency and form future plans.

Experience in either FMCG/Medical/Wholesale/Retail industry would be preferred.
