    Brand Manager Role for Commercial Trade Marketing

    Bulla Dairy Foods is an Australian family-owned business that has been making dairy products for six generations.

    We are seeking a skilled Brand Manager to drive the success of our brand across various commercial channels, including foodservice distributors, quick service restaurants, and key corporate accounts.

    The successful candidate will lead new product development projects, brand activations, and promotional campaigns. They will also develop portfolio plans, analyze market data, and collaborate with internal and external teams to drive trade promotions and customer engagement.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Manage NPD projects, brand activations, and promotional campaigns within the commercial channel.
    • Develop and prepare portfolio plans, analyze key market data, and provide insights for growth opportunities.
    • Collaborate with internal and external teams to drive trade promotions, pricing strategies, and customer engagement.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business.
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, particularly in the foodservice, QSR, or food & beverage industries.
    • Proven experience in trade activations, promotions, and new product development.
    • Strong analytical skills with ability to identify trends and opportunities in complex market data.
