Financial Analyst - Sydney, Australia - Travelex

Description

Reporting to the ANZ Financial Controller the key responsibilities include:

• Assist with the preparation of the monthly profit and loss reporting, balance sheet reporting, preparation of statutory accounts and Audit both internal and external
• Assist with preparation of monthly reporting packs across the business functions.
• Assist with the forecasting and planning cycles, budget and long-term year business plans cycles and incorporating regular business reviews.
• Stakeholder engagement with management and external stakeholders
• Working closely with off-shore GL and Reconciliation teams to fully comply with monthly/quarterly reporting deadlines and to ensure that ANZ operate within Travelex's Group Financial Policies.
• Capital expenditure reporting including Fixed Asset Register maintenance
• Other Ad-hoc analysis when required
