    Blast & Paint Supervisor

    The Role

    Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking FIFO Blast & Paint Supervisors. Key Responsibilities:

    1. Supervise works to ensure all is completed to client and company specifications
    2. Lead a team of trade and non-trade personnel to accomplish key deliverables
    3. Liaise with clients and site-based personnel
    4. Plan and schedule work and labour requirements
    5. Monitor progress against the work schedule
    6. Record and monitor team members performance, provide mentorship and address issues where necessary
    7. Conduct incident investigations and reporting
    8. Ensure adherence to statutory requirements and company HSEQ standards and procedures

    About You

    We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate:

    1. Minimum 2 years leadership experience as Leading Hand or Supervisor
    2. Certificate III in Surface Preparation and Coating Application
    3. Familiarity with abrasive blasting and painting QA/QC process
    4. Schedule 26 Statutory Supervisor training (or Section 44 with aim to complete S26)
    5. A strong commitment to health and safety
    6. Effective communication skills across all facets of the business
