    Your Impact

    You will make an impact by providing quality services and safeguards to our Participants, emphasizing skill and capacity building to encourage independence and confidence.

    A day in your life may see you supporting our Participant with:

    • Building on individual strengths and enabling Participants to reach their goals.
    • 24-hour complex supports
    • Supported Independent living
    • Community access and transport
    • Domestic and Personal care

    The hours of work vary and include weekday shifts, evening, and weekend shifts. Penalty rates apply on weekends, Public Holidays, after 8pm and after 12 pm.

    About You

    You should have experience in providing quality care services, implementing behavioural strategy supports and building rapport with Participants. Ideally, you'll have:

    • Previous experience working with high behaviour participants.
    • Cert IV in Disability or a relevant qualification and a minimum of 12 months experience in the sector
    • Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
    • NDIS Worker Screening Check
    • Valid Driver's Licence with access to a comprehensively insured vehicle (desirable)

    Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum depending on experience and qualifications.
