    Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of maintenance professionals in in responding to breakdowns and structuring preventative maintenance
  • Coach, develop and grow skill sets within the maintenance team with a hands-on style
  • Effectively schedule PM's in MEX CMMS.
  • Clearly communicate the safety vision and expectations of the business, whilst personally adhering to our safety standards
  • Adherence to safety compliance and ensuring any high-risk work licenses are up to date within the team and relevant training is up to date. This will be done in collaboration with the site Safety advisor and any ongoing training gaps will be identified
  • Skills & Experience

  • Prior experience leading a small team of maintenance professionals – this is pivotal to the role
  • The successful candidate will have a good understanding of the manufacturing industry and be trade qualified as a fitter/electrician or similar background
  • Previous demonstrated experience of scheduling maintenance and prioritizing maintenance works in a manufacturing environment
  • Exposure to working in structured maintenance systems and a reasonable level of computer literacy
  • The ability to seek out improvements and drive process enhancements
