The portfolio is made up of a mix of asset classes with one major client.
Additional Duties IncludeManagement and execution of property and leasing services including liaison with landlords, tenants and buyers.
Analysis of market rents and research for credible and informed advice to customers.

Negotiate to secure lease and incentives on behalf of the client for all renewals, options to lease, relocations and refurbishments.

Prospecting for new business.
Carrying out inspections, marketing and listing of all new properties.

You will have already attained your WA sales registration and have at least 2 years experience in Commercial Property Management.

Cirrus8 experience highly desirable.
