Job Summary:

Reporting into the Assembly Supervisor (Wash &Pack or Pick &Pack, or Make &Pack)

Working in Wash &Pack, Pick & Pack or Make & Pack, producing, handling, and /or assembling food components, airline equipment and supplies.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Produces, handles and/or assembles food components and/or airline equipment and supplies.

Adheres to legal/ HACCP compliance across health and safety, food safety, security, and gateOPEX (in-house operational excellence program) and reports all incidents/accidents.

Performs operational duties as assigned by Shift Team Leader and/or Senior Operator.

Follows company policies, SOPs and section procedures.

Contributes and manages within defined information systems and working procedures to ensure quality of product and service to the customer.

Execute of the processes with regards to quantitative and qualitative rules and procedures

Education:

Certification in food safety and/or sanitation preferred

Food and hygiene related education/training preferred

Work Experience:

Experience of working in a fast-paced environment

Food hygiene, security, H&S experience/qualification preferred

In-flight catering experience preferred

Technical Skills: (Certification, Licenses and Registration)

Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment

Language / Communication Skills:

Good command of written and spoken local language (essential)

Other Languages spoken of advantage

Skills and the ability to interact effectively with multiple departments and customers
