    The Role

    You'll join our UX/UI design team as a hands-on leader responsible for creating seamless user experiences.

    Work closely with our Product and Tech teams to conceptualise and design growth opportunities that improve our app and create amazing experiences for customers.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces
    • Lead a team of designers through 1-1s, feedback sessions, and more
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth and improve the customer journey

    Requirements

    • Strong experience in UX/UI design, preferably with native iOS and Android
    • Proven leadership skills, including people management, coaching, and development conversations
    • Able to point to examples of validated designs, design systems, user testing sessions, and competitor analysis
    • Strategic thinking and ability to design for scalability

    About You

    You care about UI and UX equally and have experience working across both disciplines.

    You're a strong communicator who can navigate difficult situations with grace and get buy-in from stakeholders.

    You're a team player who leads by example and is willing to collaborate with others to achieve goals.
