This diverse role will suit an ambitious, results driven and experienced Senior Structural Engineerwho has a proven track record in building and maintaining key client relationships and providing technical leadership across the structural discipline.

The successful candidate will also need to demonstrate good industry experience across the Energy and Resources sector.

About you:
You are a Senior Structural Engineer ideally with Chartership status or working towards Chartership
You have experience in the delivery of structural engineering services within the Australian energy and resources industry, specifically on-shore oil and gas projects
Demonstrated experience with Space Gass
You are a strong communicator and respectful of your peers

Apart from working with a great group of people, you will be accountable for: The structural engineering outcomes in conceptual design, front end engineering, detailed design, procurement, construction, commissioning, handover, and operations whilst ensuring regulatory compliance
Developing innovative solutions through the application of engineering knowledge and judgement, including, concrete supports, structures, skid design and structural design principles
Structural construction scopes of work
Assisting with growing the team and developing engineers and designers
Reviewing analysis models and calculations
Carrying out complex structural analysis
Preparing and reviewing assessment reports
Key client relationship management and growing the client base

These include mining process plant modifications, upstream flowlines, leases, network gathering and distribution systems, major gas transmission pipelines, oil and gas processing facilities, as well as maintenance and construction related work programs.

Additionally, Fyfe is actively involved in helping our clients with their Energy transition goals across a broad range of solutions including hydrogen and biogas.
