    HOBAN Recruitment is excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team as an APS6 Level Program Management Office Support / Project Co-ordinator.

    We are working on behalf of a respected client located in DEAKIN / CANBERRA ACT, committed to driving positive change in the field of disability support.

    About the Role:

    • Provide comprehensive business administration support, leveraging expertise across various activities including systems management, workload coordination, financial oversight, and change management.
    • Collaborate within a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team to deliver large-scale IT change projects, contributing to the enhancement of critical operational processes.
    • Ensure adherence to effective program management processes and methodologies, facilitating seamless end-to-end reporting.
    • Offer accurate and specialised advice, aligning with relevant legislation, PMO guidelines, and policy frameworks to support program delivery.
    • Assess and uphold quality processes and documentation, ensuring compliance with legislation and policy while utilising change and risk management principles.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation, fostering efficiency initiatives through data analysis and strategic planning.
    • Engage with stakeholders and business areas across the agency, preparing project dashboards and reports to facilitate transparent communication and decision-making.

    About You:

    • Demonstrated strong administrative skills and meticulous attention to detail.
    • Previous experience in projects, PMO, or business administration roles.
    • Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
    • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities with ease.
