    Company Overview:
    Emanate Technology has partnered with a Government Agency in search of multiple Automation Testers/Senior Automation Testers. This role is pivotal within major program initiatives aimed at delivering cutting-edge ICT solutions, enhancing the agency's efficiency and effectiveness.

    Position Summary:
    We are seeking an Automation Tester to be involved in the implementation of test automation technologies and practices across a suite of innovative technology solutions. With a focus on Salesforce solutions, you will collaborate closely with the Test Manager to integrate automation seamlessly within the Scrum workflow, driving quality and efficiency throughout the development process.

    Key Requirements:

    • Develop automation frameworks to ensure usability, effectiveness, and maintainability.
    • Establish standards for writing test code and automation coding principles.
    • Drive in-Sprint delivery of automated tests, meeting acceptance criteria and enabling the Definition of Done.
    • Write tests and automation code, with a particular emphasis on Accessibility.
    • Contribute to the continual improvement of automation testing practices.
    • Support the Test Manager in team growth and coverage expansion.
    • Baseline Clearance or Australian Citizens with ability to obtain Baseline.

    Experience required:

    • Proven experience in building and executing automated test regimes within DevOps teams using CI/CD methodologies.
    • Hands-on technical proficiency in UI functional automation using tools such as Playwright, Selenium WebDriver, and BDD frameworks like Cucumber.
    • Experience with continuous integration tools like Jenkins, Bamboo, and building automation test pipelines.
    • Strong skills in testing REST API using Postman and writing automation scripts.
    • Bachelor's or higher degree in Engineering, Computing Science, Mathematics, or related technical field.
    • Minimum 5 years' experience in a test automation role.

    Desirable Qualifications:

    • Experience in testing Salesforce and MuleSoft-based solutions.
    • Passion for driving quality through testing and automation.
    • Strong communication skills and analytical approach.
    • Comfortable with new ways of thinking about accessibility and enthusiastic about accessible design & development.
