- Leverage your Lean Six Sigma expertise to diagnose and analyse complex business processes within the banking environment.
- Previous experience working with one of the big four consulting companies or financial institution is highly regarded.
- Champion customer-centric process design and optimize the customer journey.
- Lead and influence cross-functional teams to implement effective end-to-end (E2E) process changes that contribute to strategic business goals.
- Develop compelling business cases to secure stakeholder buy-in for proposed process improvements.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
- Have deep and thorough conversations with Tech team's senior leadership teams to influence and navigate more streamlined processes.
- The role will lead and deliver complex business transformation improvements to transition customer and business experiences.
- Extensive experience in Financial Services (ideally Banking & Wealth), specifically within Technology, Operations Business Improvement/Transformation or Consulting roles.
- Previous experience working with one of the big four consulting companies or financial institution is highly regarded.
- MUST HAVE: Exceptional understanding of business process standards and methodologies with a strong preference for Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (or equivalent) qualification.
- Proven ability to lead and influence E2E process change across various business areas.
- Demonstrated expertise in process design and customer journey mapping.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
