    Are you a highly skilled and experienced Senior Contracts Administrator with qualifications in Construction Management, Project Management, or Law seeking an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic civil construction team?

    We are a prominent civil construction company looking for a motivated Senior Contracts Administrator (based in Sydney, Newcastle, or Dubbo) to join our team.

    The Role:

    The Senior Contracts Administrator will collaborate with the project management team and manage contract administration, financial aspects, cost control, and tender support within the CCH Business Unit (Civil) for major projects in NSW.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Administering the head contract, ensuring all obligations are met, including issuing notices and preparing claims.
    • Drafting subcontracts, which may involve tender document preparation, negotiating legal agreements, and conducting industry-related research.
    • Communicating changes in the business's legal obligations at a project level.
    • Monitoring contract performance, variations, and compliance for major projects.
    • Assisting site engineers in downstream package procurement.
    • Supporting project managers and senior management in cost forecasting and monthly cost reporting.
    • Maintaining commercial registers for contractual correspondence.
    • Following internal business procedures and WHSE requirements.
    • Engaging with stakeholders, including clients and the downstream supply chain.
    • Identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities through collaboration with the management team.
