Freedom to work on your termsWho are we looking for?
We're actively working on an interesting full-time secondment opportunity with one of our global in-house clients operating within the technology and AI space, and we're interested in hearing from employment lawyers who want to join us to commence their LOD secondment journey.
The areas you may advise on will vary, but we are interested in hearing from those who are experienced in the areas of industrial relations/modern award interpretation, general employment advice and contract drafting, employment restructuring, performance management/dismissals, and general protections.
These career-enhancing secondments are set to commence immediately and initially will run for 6 months on a full-time basis (with scope to extend further).
We're also open to hearing from part-time applicants as there can be flexibility of 4 days per week.To join us, you will
Have 6-12 years relevant PQE with a top-tier/mid-tier law firm and/or in-house/secondment experience.
Be available to commence a secondment at short notice
Hold a current Australian Practising Certificate
Be commercially minded, have the ability to hit the ground running and manage relationships with all levels of a business
