- Assisting with administrative tasks for the BDM team, such as preparation for presentations.
- Build relationships with agencies.
- Assisting the sales team to address customer enquiries.
- The potential of travelling with BDM employees for training purposes.
- Event planning, creating reports, maintaining calendars.
- Previous sales and or sales support experience.
- 3+ years in the travel or tourism sector is preferred.
- Excellent proficiency with Microsoft suites.
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM's is preferred.
- Great organizational skills and a high level of detail.
- Knowledge or experience of Polar destinations is highly regarded.
- $65-$70K dependant on experience.
- Expedition cruises annually.
- 2 days WFH.
- Sydney CBD location
