    Description

    Are you passionate about travel and thrive in a dynamic, customer-focused environment? We are seeking a Business Development Support specialist within the cruise sector. As a BDM support specialist, you will be assisting the Business Development Team with their day to day administrative and sales duties.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assisting with administrative tasks for the BDM team, such as preparation for presentations.
    • Build relationships with agencies.
    • Assisting the sales team to address customer enquiries.
    • The potential of travelling with BDM employees for training purposes.
    • Event planning, creating reports, maintaining calendars.

    Qualifications:

    • Previous sales and or sales support experience.
    • 3+ years in the travel or tourism sector is preferred.
    • Excellent proficiency with Microsoft suites.
    • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM's is preferred.
    • Great organizational skills and a high level of detail.
    • Knowledge or experience of Polar destinations is highly regarded.

    The package:

    • $65-$70K dependant on experience.
    • Expedition cruises annually.
    • 2 days WFH.
    • Sydney CBD location
