    Vodafone Business Centre Sydney East seeks a dynamic and experienced Business Development Executive to lead new client acquisition efforts.

    Job Overview

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B telecommunications sales, employing a consultative sales approach and demonstrating a passion for surpassing targets.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Lead Generation & Sales Strategy: Generate leads via networking, market research, and proactively identify new business opportunities. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to consistently exceed targets.
    2. Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with potential and existing clients, acting as a trusted advisor on their communication and technology needs.
    3. Sales Execution & Closing: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations. Negotiate contracts, secure optimal pricing and terms, and successfully close deals.
    4. CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline management within the CRM system. Provide regular sales reports and contribute to forecasting.
    5. Collaboration & Professional Development: Collaborate effectively with internal teams (technical support, account management, marketing). Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.

    Requirements

    • Minimum 3 years of proven success in B2B telecommunications sales, with a consistent record of exceeding sales targets.
    • Strong understanding of the enterprise market and its communication/technology needs.
    • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
