    Defence Engineers – Senior Consultants & Managers

    The Roles:

    We have opportunities across the Senior Consultant and Manager levels for people with outstanding Engineering skills and experience in the Defence Maritime Industry to join our team on a full-time permanent capacity.

    Preferred location for these roles is in Canberra (however will also consider Sydney or Adelaide for the right person).

    About the Role:

    You will be delivering specialist services to our clients in engagements that develop/support Capability for Navy.

    We are open to a diversity of skill levels in this speciality, and while consulting experience would be great, we can help you develop those skills.

    Requirements:

    • A Bachelor or equivalent level qualification in Engineering
    • Minimum three years post graduate experience
    • Experience working within the Defence Maritime environment
    • An active NV1 AGSVA Security Clearance (or higher)

    Additional requirements include:

    • Comfortable working with ambiguity and complexity, including within sensitive environments while under limited guidance
    • Effective communication skills and proven ability to deliver high-quality written products
    • A high level of emotional intelligence and a humanistic approach to everything you do
