- Hands-on coding on the product, delivery of new features and functionality, and providing support to bugs.
- Work with other members at to architect, lead and deliver complex scalable software systems and promote best practices in quality, delivery, monitoring, architecture and algorithm design.
- Be able to break down assigned objectives into small and valuable deliverables / commitments to iteratively deliver into production.
- Work and be exposed to a mature AWS infrastructure environment that support a high volume user-base.
- Work cross-functionally and cross-team to execute on technical and business strategy and build experiences that our users will love.
- Contribute to the full development cycle: technical design, development, test, experimentation, analysis, and launch. You'll be reviewing code and design docs, giving feedback on product specs and mocks.
- Continuously learn and improve your technical and non-technical abilities.
- Be proficient in either Python/Django or React and love being full stack whilst taking pride in good software design patterns, testing and clean code
- Want to be involved in the whole Software Development Lifecycle - from idea generation to monitoring the performance of your changes in production.
- Pride yourself in building high quality software whilst also being pragmatic and highly accountable to your work.
- Have experience working in an Agile software development team.
- Able to develop strong and effective relationships, through excellent communication and negotiation skills.
