    Description

    DFP Recruitment is currently seeking a driven and experienced Payroll Officer to join our existing friendly & enthusiastic payroll team based in their Boronia office

    This is an exciting opportunity to join our team where your knowledge of end-to-end payroll processes and genuine desire to provide excellent customer service to our employees will be rewarded with a competitive salary package, work from home flexibility and ongoing training and support.

    Reporting to our Payroll Operation Manager, and working with the team you will be responsible for:

    • Processing pay's for up to 1700 employees across various departments,
    • Ensuring accuracy of data,
    • Answering payroll related queries,
    • Preparing month end reports, reconciliations, and batching,
    • Award Interpretation

    Skills required:

    • Ability and experience in end-to-end payroll
    • Experience in working across multiple EBAs, Awards and relevant legislation
    • Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills
    • Highly organised with the ability to work to tight deadlines
    • Self-motivated with strong attention to details

    The successful candidate will work full time hours Monday - Friday. This is a Hybrid model with office days being Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday and working from home Monday and Friday.
