About theRole
Opteon is seeking adynamicRegional Director within our South East QLD team.
Reportingto theState Director of QLD, you willlead and manage the residential valuers,promotingaservice-oriented culturethat prioritisescustomersatisfaction and employee growth.

Your key responsibilities includedriving proactive performanceand operational excellence,aligning the team's efforts withOpteon'soperational and strategicobjectivesand promoting a workplace environment that encourages employee engagement and teamwork.

• Previousmanagement or leadership experience isrequired.
