We're hiring multiple Customer Sales and Service Consultants to join our NRMA Insurance team. In this frontline role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, helping grow our core business by promoting insurance products and confidently explaining their benefits. You'll provide accurate quotes, facilitate new business sales, and ensure every interaction delivers an exceptional customer experience. On average, you'll manage 20–30 calls per day, depending on enquiry type.
Rotating shift pattern:
• Monday–Friday, 8:30am–8pm
Your IAG journey begins on Friday, 17 April 2026, with a comprehensive and fully paid 12‑week onsite induction program. After successfully completing training, you'll have the opportunity to transition into a hybrid work arrangement, supported by clear pathways for career growth. This is a permanent full-time role based in Tarndanya (Adelaide).
What You'll Do
• Be the first point of contact for customer enquiries across our insurance product range
• Provide accurate quotes and facilitate new business sales
• Actively promote insurance products and explain their benefits
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences across 20–30 calls per day
• Manage challenging customer conversations professionally and in line with company standards
• Contribute to team goals and operational performance within a dynamic environment
What You'll Bring
• Previous customer-facing experience (e.g., sales, hospitality, retail, custome service)
• Confidence using new technology and computer systems
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and actively listen
• Capability to manage and resolve complaints with empathy and professionalism
• Resilience and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• A commitment to delivering exceptional results and supporting a high-performing team
