    Attractive remuneration Professional development support Opportunity in State Government About the Role: WorkPac is currently seeking a Systems Coordinator to join our client's team.

    In this role, you will provide essential support to Project Managers concerning Business Systems. This position is for a 12-month duration, Monday to Friday, and is located in Nerang, Gold Coast.


    Duties and Responsibilities:
    Provide operational assistance and guidance to Project Managers, Supervisors, and Project Systems Representatives. Offer local support and information on systems implementation. Mentor and coach staff in using various systems such as WIN, Civil Pro, and H21.

    Advise staff on process and system updates gathered from various sources like Highway21 What's New, Safety and Environmental Content Updates, etc.

    Review and endorse Project Management Plans including risk management, safety, environmental, traffic management, and procurement plans. Assess subcontractor Quality Management Plans for compliance with MRTS50 Specific Quality System Requirements. Maintain and distribute Quality, Safety, Environmental Policies, and Accountability documents. Participate in system projects as invited by Subject Matter Experts. Act as a senior administrator for ChemAlert and coordinate system reviews. Develop and maintain the Business Units Audit Schedule in consultation with relevant stakeholders. Coordinate Safety and Environmental audits and conduct audits according to schedule. Address non-conformances identified during audits by creating WIN's (Work Improvement Notices). Consult with Systems Advisor on audit status and changes to maintain Highway21 Audit Schedule. Assist in RoadTek's Third Party Audit preparation and implementation. Monitor audit results through trend analysis using the Incident and Audit Register.


    Skills and Experience:
    A reasonable amount of travel consistent with industry standards will be required throughout the State. Applicants must possess a current, valid Queensland "C" class driver's license or equivalent.
