    Lead Engineer
    Location: Sydney - Hybrid (1 day per week in the office)
    Salary: $160-190k base + Super + Bonus
    Tech Stack: .Net, JavaScript, React, AWS, Microservices, Cloud Native

    What does the company do?

    Black Nova are working with a highly impactful, global, digital health platform. Their apps have enabled millions of people to transform their lives for the better through scientifically backed programs to help them lead healthier, longer lives. With over 3 million people supported so far, and 10s of 1,000s of daily active users, they are scaling their product to make even more positive impact.

    What will you be doing?

    You'll be the focal point for their Engineering team of 6, and work closely with the CTO to drive Engineering projects and best practice excellence. You'll ideally be an IC, someone who has a broad and deep technical expertise in their tech stack, loves doing architecture, hands-on coding, implementation and you can bring Junior and Mid-weight Engineers on a journey with a project.

    You'll not be a line manager, if you have that experience then great, but your main remit is to be the anchor point for the team by leading by example.

    You could be operating at this level and want to remain an IC for the next few years. This role also has a career pathway to Team Lead and potentially Engineering Manager for the right person in the future.

    You can play a key role in building a high-quality product, that in turn makes a huge difference to everyday people across the world through their health and wellness programs.
