    About the Role

    We are seeking a Sales Support Officer to join our Wacol team on a permanent, full-time basis. This dynamic role will involve delivering exceptional customer service by processing sales, generating invoices, and following up orders.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide expert administrative support to the team, fostering professional relationships.
    • Support all areas of the sales process and manage the office.
    • Create promotional and marketing materials to promote the Elders brand.
    • Collaborate with the Elders team to explore innovative opportunities with clients.
    • Maximise promotional opportunities, including attending field days and community events.
    • Assist with expense management to ensure the branch operates effectively.
